Hello, I’m Vanessa.  I’m a certified massage therapist and a yogi.  I also have decided to enter the blogosphere, so I can educate readers on the fascinating (physiological and emotional) effects that alternative medicine  can have on the body. (As well as other helpful tips for cultivating a healthier lifestyle. )

When it comes down to it, our consequences are affected by the root of the choices that we make.  Regardless of who you are, you can be fixed. I believe it’s primal that now, more than ever, everyone is interested in cultivating a somewhat healthier and happier lifestyle for themselves.

In my spare time, I love to cook, shop, garden, and do yoga outside by the lake. It’s very invigorating and reminds me so much of one of my favorite books, “Walden” by Henry David Thoreau.  I also like to write short stories and fiction. When I reach 50K, I’ll know when to start working on revisions for my first novella.
